No Refund Policy: MBBS Mantra operates under a strict no-refund policy once the admission letter has been issued. This policy ensures transparency and adherence to our commitment to the admission process.

Release of Documents: Documents submitted to the university, subsequent to interviews or tests, will only be released upon the payment of the first semester fees into the designated university account. This protocol ensures the completion of necessary formalities before the release of important documents.

Liability Clause: While MBBS Mantra diligently carries out the admission process and provides essential services such as hostel arrangements, mess facilities, documentation assistance, airport transfers, and securing admission to the university, it shall not be held liable for any unofficial or individual interpersonal issues that may arise during or after the admission process. This disclaimer ensures clarity regarding the scope of our services and responsibilities.

University Acceptance: Admission to the university is contingent upon acceptance by the respective university authorities, based on the applicant’s profile. MBBS Mantra acts as a facilitator in the admission process but does not guarantee admission.

NEET Qualification Requirement: For MBBS admissions abroad, NEET qualification is mandatory. This requirement ensures compliance with national regulations and eligibility criteria set by medical universities abroad.

Fraudulent Document Submission: Applicants are advised against submitting fake or bogus documents. Any individual found to have submitted fraudulent documents will be solely responsible, and the university or relevant authorities reserve the right to take legal action against them, if necessary.

Withdrawal Policy: In the event that a parent or student chooses to withdraw their admission after the initiation of the admission process, they will be liable to bear the documentation and registration expenses incurred by MBBS Mantra up to that point. This clause ensures accountability and covers administrative costs associated with the admission process.

Amendment Clause: MBBS Mantra reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to stay informed about any changes made to the terms and conditions governing the admission process.
